How to Share Access with Meddkit

We recommend inviting Meddkit as an admin, editor, or contributor instead of sending usernames and passwords. If you need help, email [email protected].

1. General Guidelines

  • Recommended: Invite Meddkit with admin/editor/contributor permissions.
  • Alternative (less secure): Send username/passwords directly to [email protected].
  • Do not post passwords publicly.
  • You can remove Meddkit access anytime.

2. Platforms

a) GoDaddy (Domain & Hosting Access)

  1. Log in → Account Settings Delegate Access.
  2. Click Invite to Access.
  3. Enter [email protected].
  4. Choose access level: Products & Domains (Recommended) – Manage domains, DNS, hosting.
  5. Click Invite.

b) Squarespace (Website Access)

  1. Log in → SettingsPermissions Invite Contributor.
  2. Enter [email protected].
  3. Assign a role: Admin (Recommended) or other roles as needed.
  4. Click Send Invite.

c) Wix (Website Access)

  1. Log in → Settings Roles & Permissions Invite People.
  2. Enter [email protected].
  3. Assign role: Admin (Recommended) or Editor.
  4. Click Send Invite.

d) WordPress (Website Access)

  1. Log in to your WordPress Dashboard (usually yourdomain.com/wp-admin).
  2. Go to Users Add New.
  3. Username: meddkit | Email: [email protected].
  4. Role: Administrator.
  5. Check the box: Send User Notification.
  6. Click Add New User.

e) Facebook / Meta Business Manager

We’ll request access to your Facebook business page. Here’s how to approve our request:

  1. Log in to Facebook
    • Use the account associated with your business page.
  2. Go to your Page settings or Meta Business Suite
  3. Find the pending access request
    • You should see a request from Meddkit for your Facebook Page.
  4. Review the access
    • Confirm the permissions being requested.
  5. Approve the request

f) Instagram

  • Via Facebook Business Manager (Recommended): Add Meddkit following the steps under Facebook/Meta Business Manager.
  • Direct Account (Less secure): Share credentials only if necessary via [email protected].

g) LinkedIn Company Page

  1. Log in to LinkedIn
    Use your personal LinkedIn account that has admin access to your company page.
  2. Go to your Company Page
    Navigate to the LinkedIn Company Page you want Meddkit to manage.
  3. Access Page Admin Settings
    While viewing the page as an admin, scroll to the bottom of the left-hand menu and click Settings. Then click Manage admins.
  4. Add Meddkit as an Admin
    Click Add admin. Enter the email of a Meddkit team member with a LinkedIn account. You can use [email protected] and/or [email protected]. Assign the role: Super Admin / Content Admin is recommended. Click Save / Send invite.
  5. Meddkit Will Accept the Invitation
    The Meddkit team member will receive an email from LinkedIn to accept the invitation.

h) Google Business Profile (Business Listing)

  1. Log in to Google Business Profile Manager at https://business.google.com/.
  2. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner of your profile.
  3. Select Business Profile settings.
  4. Click People and access.
  5. Enter the email [email protected]
  6. Assign role: Manager (Recommended) or Owner if full control is needed.
  7. Click Invite.

i) YouTube Existing Account

  1. Go to studio.youtube.com
  2. On the left-hand side, click Settings.
  3. Click Permissions
  4. At the top right, click Invite and enter the email address of the person you’d like to invite ([email protected] or [email protected]).
  5. Under the email, click Access and choose Editor>Done.
  6. Click Save.
