Benjamin Bridge, Brut, NV Core This is a fabulous organicAn intriguing blend of Chardonnay and L'Acadie, a hybrid crossing developed in Niagara often viewed as Canada's answer to Chardonnay. This Non Vintage expression is fresh, lean and citrusy, with notes of lemon rind, lime blossom and a whiff of wood smoke on the finish. An excellent aperitif wine that is also fantastic with oysters.
