Santaleza Blanco White Rum USDA-certified organic gin crafted withSantaleza Blanco Tequila is an unaged tequila crafted by the Lopez Villareal family (of San Matias fame) at the Bonanza Distillery (NOM 1604) in the Jalisco Highlands. It is produced using 100% mature Blue Weber agave, slow cooked for 72 hours in a small masonry oven with steam from local springs. The agave is milled with a Tahona, naturally fermented in local Roble wood vats with mountain spring water, and double distilled in copper alembic stills.
