Aôri, 'Sandalos' Kotsifali, 2023 Chardonnay bursting with fruit but alsoKotsifali is a serious yet for reasons still a mystery often overlooked native grape, delivering bright red, sour cherry fruit with a deep earthiness. The wine delivers a good measure of chalky tannins, and vibrant acidity in spades. This wine pushes the limits of Kotsifali; the fruit is grown in a single vineyard planted in 1943, sitting at 800m elevation.
