The wooden box features a covered storage compartment for the storing of index card sized recipes as well as a lip that allows you to display your recipe on the top of the box. It has a hole for easy hanging with a screw or nail. The words Recipe Box are painted in gold colored paint on the lid of the box, though the paint is considerably worn. A small tin eagle is attached to the front of the box. The box is in
