It was part of the 'RACK' (Ranger Assault Carrying Kit) and used by US Army Rangers and other Special Forces units. The pouch contains the usual quality you would expect from modern US Army surplus MOLLE attachment back, hook & loop flap with buckle for both quick and secure access, all made with hard wearing 1000D Cordura. The top flap has a
