This Extra Brut (2 g l dosage) contains 40% perpetual reserve wine begun in 2004, adding depth and complexity. The nose opens with lemon confit, marzipan, tangerine peel, and mint; the palate builds toward crushed flowers, sage, and crushed rocks. Intensely saline with a potent minerality that defines this expression of chalk and precision. A focused, ambitious wine.
